With all the features on our platform, do you have a standout favourite? Something that really stands out for you?
Being able to keep track of our compliance by sending out gas safeties, EPCs, EICRs etc to tenants via the Compliance Documents and also the Prescribed Information
In your experience, have there been any hurdles? And if so, how responsive and effective was our support team in addressing them?
Only finding the time to learn how to use the system and not having our landlords and properties on the system initially (although Hollie ensured the smooth migration of our data onto the platform)
How would you rate the referencing service provided by Blinc-UK and how does it compare to what you have used in the industry previously?
Very good – references are completed quickly and efficiently and having Emily, our dedicated referencing contact is very helpful. When calling our previous referencing company, we’d never speak to the same person twice, but with Blinc, we’ve got to know most people already. The system for our tenants must be user-friendly as we receive very few phone calls from them asking for help (unlike our previous referencing company)
Can you recall any specific instances where Pink Chilli came to the rescue and helped you out of a tight spot?
The system is very flexible allowing us to generate bespoke tenancy agreements with specific clauses & addendums and easy to use. Hollie is always on hand to help with our queries, particularly when I’m having trouble with working out the rent schedule when people pay in advance etc ! I’m sure we’re only using a fraction of Pink Chilli’s facilities at the moment – I look forward to finding out what else PC can do for Young Lee

Young Lee is very satisfied with Pink Chilli. Special mention must go to Hollie who is First Class
