With all the features on our platform, do you have a standout favourite? Something that really stands out for you?
Something that really stands out for you? I love everything about the platform to be honest, but a stand out for me is that you can upload a new compliance certificate and the new revision gets sent out to the tenant automatically.
In your experience, have there been any hurdles? And if so, how responsive and effective was our support team in addressing them?
The only hurdles have been my own lack of understanding of technology, which the team have always been super helpful with guiding me through.
How would you rate the referencing service provided by Blinc-UK and how does it compare to what you have used in the industry previously?
I have only ever used one other referencing service and I feel that Blinc-UK is much better. I am a very visual person and the simple layout and bright, aesthetically pleasing colours that define different sections and tasks etc., really make it a pleasure to work on.
Can you recall any specific instances where Pink Chilli came to the rescue and helped you out of a tight spot?
Nothing in particular, but I do love the fact that when I need to talk something through, there is always a friendly and familiar voice at the end of the phone and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Without dropping any names, if you've dabbled in other comparable platforms before, how does Pink Chilli measure up in your experience?
When I joined Power Bespoke 4 years ago I had a demo with Pink Chilli and one other. Pink Chilli appealed to me more for its visual properties and simplicity and also the fact that it was a smaller, more local team, which has proven to be beneficial and definitely the right choice for us.
If you were asked to recommend Pink Chilli to another agency what would you say?
I would say that Pink Chilli is literally my favourite platform out of the various ones that I use to ensure our lettings business runs smoothly and efficiently. It is simple to use (even for us technophobes) visually pleasing and intuitive to use. The team are incredibly helpful and I would not want to be without it.
