We are receiving fewer referencing related queries, this is due to the referencing team at Pink Chilli being there to support us with that, which helps free up time for the team to focus on other areas of the business.
With all the features on our platform, do you have a standout favourite? Something that really stands out for you?
There isn't anything in particular, but the platform is designed similarly to a CRM system, everything you need the platform to do it does, I have also been particularly impressed with how easy it is to make amendments or changes to the platform.

No hurdles, but if any amendments have been required, then the support team have acted promptly.

The referencing team are more proactive than others we have used in the industry previously, the speed of which references are concluded is particularly impressive, as well as the assistance provided by the referencing team.
Can you recall any specific instances where Pink Chilli came to the rescue and helped you out of a tight spot?
Plenty of times, referencing can be a complex process and the support offered by Pink Chilli assists us with overcoming obstacles that may be met.
