How has your agency's landscape transformed since Pink Chilli came on the scene?
From a Management Perspective, the Dashboard has meant that I can overview more staff member’s work at a glance and the Team have confirmed that the Dashboard and the clear easy steps makes work flow easier and puts us at an advantage when talking to Tenants and Landlords alike as we can easily refer to it.
With all the features on our platform, do you have a standout favourite? Something that really stands out for you?
As above, from a Management Perspective, the Dashboard. On speaking with the Team here, easy and effective Offer forms which then follow through straight into the Pre-tenancy section which then leads into the Renewals section.
In your experience, have there been any hurdles? And if so, how responsive and effective was our support team in addressing them?
I would not say that there have been hurdles thrown up by the system but there have been some hurdles thrown up for us by Tenants or Landlords needing different items, such as not being able to use the system well (human error) so we have contacted Pink Chilli for assistance and the staff have been excellent on every occasion.
How would you rate the referencing service provided by Blinc-UK and how does it compare to what you have used in the industry previously?
Strong. Especially versus former Referencing Agencies.
Can you recall any specific instances where Pink Chilli came to the rescue and helped you out of a tight spot?
Literally yesterday when they PDF'ed a part-signed Renewal Tenancy Agreement for a Landlord to sign as she is 80+ and we drove it round to her. More than that, Pink Chilli always listen to our comments and queries and assist us where possible.
Without dropping any names, if you've dabbled in other comparable platforms before, how does Pink Chilli measure up in your experience?
Having worked on Lettings and Sales systems over an approx. 15-year career in Property, I would say that Pink Chilli measures very strongly against other used platforms.
If you were asked to recommend Pink Chilli to another agency what would you say?
Highly recommend.
