Set Compliance as Not Required
Setting specific compliances as not required on the tenancy
If a tenancy does not require certain compliances (e.g. a property without a gas connection not requiring a Gas Safety Certificate), these can be set as not required. Once disabled, the compliance will no longer be required or included when issuing the Compliance Documents task to the tenants. Setting a compliance as not required can be done as follows:
Navigate to the tenancy term overview
Locate the compliance that needs disabling in the Compliances card
Click on the ellipsis menu (3 dots) button on the right side of the task
Select Edit from the popup menu
Press the enable/disable toggle at the top right of the relevant compliance card
