How to Adjust eSign Email Address

Changing a bounced email address on a document that is out for eSign

Changing the email on an eSign request when has bounced or was not received by the signing party can be done as follows:

  1. Navigate to the tenancy term overview

  2. Locate the eSign task in the Tasks card

  3. Click on the ellipsis menu (3 dots) button on the right side of the task

  4. Select View/Edit Envelope from the popup menu

  5. Locate and adjust the party email address that needs to be changed

  6. Press the Submit button

Once the changes have been submitted the eSign request will be emailed immediately to the newly adjusted email address.

Note: Adjusting the email on the active eSign request will only effect the eSign task it is changed on. If appropriate, you will also need to change the email address held against the applicant record in the tenancy to ensure all tasks going forward are emailed to the correct address.
