Enable Additional Compliances
Include additional specific compliance documents and processes within a tenancy
Additional compliance documents and processes beyond the default set can be enabled on a tenancy (Chimney Sweep Inspection, Fire Safety Certificate, HMO License etc.). This can be done as follows:
Navigate to the tenancy term Compliances section
Scroll to the bottom of the active compliance cards
Press the enable/disable toggle at the top right of the relevant disabled compliance card
Once enabled, specific data and documents can be attached to that compliance.
If you require the compliance document to be included in the documents issued to the tenants, tick the checkbox labelled 'Do you require this document to be signed as part of the compliance task?'.
