New Compliance Task: Remedial Works Report

In July, Pink Chilli introduces a compliance task for Welsh properties requiring a Remedial Works Report. This feature integrates with our compliance workflow, helping agents manage and issue this document efficiently.

Enhanced Message Clarity

We improved clarity in throttling and user not activated messages. Users can now resend activation codes if attempting to log in with an unactivated account.

Improved Text and Status Accentuations

Applicants can now add notes and contact the referencing team. An overview status shows the referencing team's progress. We've also fixed tenancy status display issues for referencing applications, correcting current and historical records.

New Functionality for Memorandum of Agreement

Agents can now send a memorandum of agreement for active tenancies without needing a new Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST), streamlining agreement updates.
