With our new integration, tenants can now make payments directly through the Pink Chilli platform using Stripe. Holding deposits, move-in balances, renewal fees and an unlimited number of custom payments are available on-platform. By centralising these transactions, you can reduce administrative work and ensure that all payments are processed securely and efficiently.

Customisable Payment Tasks

We understand that every tenancy is unique, which is why Pink Chilli allows agents to create custom one-off payment tasks. You can specify exactly what each charge is for and the precise amount, giving you complete control over the financial aspects of your tenancy agreements. This flexibility helps you manage additional costs easily and transparently.

Real-Time Notifications and Automatic Updates

To keep the payment process smooth, tenants will receive automatic notifications whenever they have been assigned a payment task. This ensures timely transactions and minimises the need for reminders. Additionally, our platform provides automatic payment status updates within each tenancy, so there is no need to check elsewhere or hassle the accounts department.

Flexible and Secure Payment Options

Payments can be made by card or through direct bank payments using the "Pay by Bank" service, which leverages open banking technology for enhanced security. As an agent, you have the authority to set maximum limits for card payments, adding an extra layer of control. For added convenience, specific users can access a detailed Stripe payment dashboard, giving you a comprehensive view of all transaction details.
