Introducing Pink Chilli's Feature Guides

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Feature Guides area, designed to help you make the most of Pink Chilli’s lettings software. The guides are designed to assist you in navigating specific aspects of property management within the Pink Chilli platform.

What’s Included

Our new guides cover a range of topics, including:

• Setting up custom e-sign documents

• Configuring and managing chimney sweep inspections, fire safety certificates, HMO licences and other compliance documents and processes

• Implementing pro-rata initial rent payments

• Adding permitted occupiers

We will continue to add additional feature guides over time to help walk you through some of the more detailed areas of managing a tenancy in the software.

User-Friendly Format

To cater to different learning preferences, we’ve created two formats for each guide:

1. Written Step-by-Step Instructions: Detailed, easy-to-follow text guides for those who prefer reading.

2. Video Walkthroughs: Comprehensive visual tutorials for users who learn better through demonstration.
